[Troubleshooting] OCR Error 2

Error 2 on OCR is triggered on the following conditions:

1. If a rating plug is incompatible with the installed CT rating (≤45% or >100%)

2. If the product's DIP switch setting does not match the rating plug

To resolve the issue, please make sure that the installed rating plug is between 45% and 100% of the Amp Frame.

Then, make sure the dip switch setting underneath the slot for the rating plug is set to the correct setting from the table below:

***Please note that the table has order from right to left, while the dip switches are from top to bottom.***
