In many cases, the issue can be effectively resolved by properly inspecting and securely reinserting the MTD cable into its designated slot within the MCCB. Loose, partially engaged, or improperly aligned connections of the MTD cable can disrupt signal continuity, leading the system to register an internal fault condition and display Err-11.
