If you install DriveView9 and receive an error message stating "missing DLL file", this means you need to install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable files.

The attached DriveView 9 manual explains this on page 6.  You can find the latest Microsoft Visual C++ files at this link.  Install these files and reattempt the DriveView 9 installation.
