LSE AC Drive Inverter Overload Protection

When the inverter input current exceeds the rated current, a protective function is activated to prevent damages to the inverter based on output current inverse - time proportional characteristics.

If the inverter motor protections are set properly, the following below are minimum drive parameter settings:
BA.13 - Motor Nameplate FLA
BA.15 - Motor Nameplate voltage
BA.19 - Utility voltage provided to the inverter. 

  1. Load Duty drive parameter setting is PR.04 (ALL LSE AC Drives except H100+ is PR.02). 
  2. All drives are factory set to Heavy-Duty (HD), except H100 drive which his Normal Duty (ND).  
    1. Any LSE AC Drive Model Load Duty can be changed to (ND) except the M100 and S100N4X (HD) model only.  
  3. Output Relay can be programmed to toggle on "IOL" Inverter Overload, settings below from table in S100 manual:
