I can only view CNF mode on my S100 or H100 VFD.

I can only view CNF mode on my S100 or H100 VFD.

This is considered a level 1 lock. Check CNF50 it will most likely display "Locked". See the below steps to unlock the VFD.

If the Password is known...
  1. Enter password at CNF50 to unlock the drive. 

If Password is NOT known...
  1. Set CNF51=7429.   
  2. "9999" will be displayed. Press the ENT key again. 
  3. Go back to CNF50, set to 9999.
  4. Now the default password of 9999 will lock or unlock the VFD through CNF50.
