How do I setup phase loss on a VFD?

All LS VFDs can be setup to detect an input and output phase loss. This is necessary to help protect the motor and VFD if there is a loose wire, cleared fuse, or other issue. Parameter Pr/PRT05 enables this protection.  Parameter Pr/PRT06 can be adjusted to change the sensitivity of the input phase loos detection. 
It is recommended to put both "bits" or switches UP to enable input and output phase loss.
