How do I setup a speed limit in PID?

Speed limits can be setup in PID operation to prevent a pump or fan from running to slow or fast. 
Note: This will only limit speed in PID operation. For a normal operation speed limit see the relevant FAQ.

M100, G100, iS7, and S100
AP.29=Upper Limit (Hz)
AP.30=Lower Limit (Hz)

H100
PID30=(Upper Limit (% of max speed)
PID31=Lower Limit (% of max speed)
