Error message when trying to Upload an HMI project to PC.

In some instances you may get an error message like below when trying to upload a project from an HMI to your PC. 



This error message occurs when the designer of the HMI program does not load an actual project file into the HMI. It could be that an OEM or integrator wants to protect their program from being used or modified out in the field.  In short, there is no project file to load. You must contact the person or company which designed the program for assistance.

If you are the one designing and building the HMI program and you want the end-user/customer to access your project contents, it is important to select the "Include Upload Project file" whenever downloading your program to an HMI.
