This article goes over how to manually adjust the Ir settings on an LS smart trip unit. 

Part 1: Set STU to local

Step1; Press H/W Set

Step 2: Press Local/Remote Control

Step 3: Enter password (if none already set, press okay)

Step 4: Set to Local

Step 5: Press return button to go back to main screen

Part 2: Changing Ir setting. 

Step 1: Press Relay Set

Step 2: Press L

Step 3: Press right arrow key

Step 4: Set Ir to desired setting

NOTE 1: The Ir dial is the default. If it is changed, it will overwrite the value set on the display.

NOTE 2: The keypad offers a small range. First set the dial near your desired setting, then fine tune to your desired value using keypad. 

Step 5: Press the return key and save the value by pressing OK
