ACB Auto discharge
If you experience spring discharge when you are charging with Manual charging handle of Draw-out type ACB below,

Make sure the pin in the picture below is pushed in.
the pin is under ACB and once ACB is placed in the cradle or on the even floor, the pin is pushed in and the breaker can be manually charged.
