3 pole MCCB on a single phase system (2 loads)
LS UL489 Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCB’s) are suitable for use in single phase systems.
LS Susol UTE/UTS 3 pole MCCBs may be applied to single phase systems provided that the MCCB is sized appropriately per the given load.
Furthermore, if your application has 2 loads then the MCCB must be wired to the below diagram in order to balance the load.
For example:
Load 1: L1 = 120/240VAC
Load 2: L2 = 120/240VAC
